About me
My mission is to empower people to improve their gut health, with a holistic approach: Evidence-based hypnotherapy and dietary advice
My Experience
Hi I’m Tasha! I specialise in managing IBS and other gut issues involving the gut-brain connection. I’m a fully qualified Gastroenterology Dietitian registered in the UK. I have over 8 years’ experience working in healthcare settings, such as the NHS, and have helped hundreds of people with gut problems.
Previously, I was finding that dietary advice was not enough to help my own symptoms and my patients, so I also trained as a CBT Hypnotherapist, and Mindful Eating Practitioner. These additional skills helped to manage my own symptoms, increase my energy levels and improve my relationship with food. I’m now passionate about teaching my clients these evidence-based tools which helped me - meditation, relaxation and breathwork techniques which focus on reducing stress levels and tension in the gut. I also provide evidence-based Gut-Directed Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
With these skills, I not only help my clients tackle their symptoms, but also help them improve their relationship with food and their bodies, and experience increased wellbeing and vitality.
